The Principals of the QCA Group are:

  • Stephen Gambley is the CEO of Quantum Cost Assessors and Managing Partner of QCA Legal an incorporated Law Firm. Stephen is an IAMA Accredited Mediator with advocacy skills in the Victorian Costs Court, Federal Court, Federal Magistrates Court, Family Court of Australia and County Court (UK) with successful outcomes against Senior and Junior Counsel. Stephen is also a former insurance claims professional and has many years of legal costing experience.
  • Lydia Fogl is the Solicitor Director of Quantum Cost Assessors and Principal of QCA Legal an incorporated Law Firm. Lydia was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 1981 and the High Court of Australia in 1993 with many years of litigation experience prior to specialising in legal costing. A leading expert in the law of costs with experience in over 40 jurisdictions Australia-wide as well as costs in New Zealand and the US. Lydia is regulary called upon for her expertise to draft Expert Opinions and Expert Reports as well as a highly skilled advocate at taxation hearings throughout Australia.
